About this copy of Observing the 1980s course

I was asked to help import this Open Educational Resource (OER) into Moodle. The course was built by Lucy Robinson in the University of Sussex instance of Moodle – Study direct - in the times of Moodle version 1.9. Now, in the times of Moodle version 4.5, it is no longer possible to use the original files to restore this OER as a Moodle course. Therefore I wrote a Bash script [1] to convert this OER to HTML pages and make the contents of the OER readadble for humans.

This is an unedited copy of OER created as part of the Observing the 1980s site. It was built by Lucy Robinson in the University of Sussex instance of Moodle – Study direct.

The original OER course was published under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA licence, and therefore I'm sharing this derivative version under the same license. You can read here more about the licensing of the original OER.
